I work primarily with busy women struggling with pain, stress and anxiety, all looking to find relief, feel more joy and experience a greater sense of presence in their lives. 


With my guidance and hands-on support, you will learn to tune into your body’s wisdom, and experience a safe, supportive environment that helps you shift your body/mind into a healing, restorative state.


In addition to support and relief – you will gain deep clarity around how pain and stress work, why they stay around and the empowered new choices you can make that will support your healing.


As you gain a deeper awareness of your body’s messages, and an awakened trust in its wisdom – you’ll be able to distinguish the best choices to make at a moment’s notice.
