You don't have to struggle with pain, stress and anxiety just because you can't get to the clinic. It's quite remarkable what can be achieved via connecting virtually.


Some of the ways I can help you over the phone or computer include: 

  • How to hold a space for you if your stress levels are building and getting unmanageable. 

  • How to have a conversation with parts of your physical body that are complaining and in need of my “touch” and  therapeutic skills.  

  • How to help you tune in and figure out how to calm your nervous system.

  • How to help you return to thinking more clearly and creatively when circumstances are challenging and stressful 

  • I can make an energetic connection with you that can facilitate your physical healing on many some cases more powerfully than what I do in person with you.
